“Follow that will and that way which experience confirms to be your own.”
-Carl Jung
I am a licensed clinical social worker who has worked with a diverse range of people during my years of practice in the mental health profession. I bring an analytic approach to the treatment process based on the specific background and goals of my clients. My focus is working with adults on an individual basis who are struggling to make life transitions in terms of career, family, relationships, and spirituality. I am currently a seminar participant at the Philadelphia Association of Jungian Analysts, seeking to pursue training as a Jungian analyst. Working in such a way has broadened the scope of my practice by allowing me to focus on the more deep-rooted issues affecting the lives and well-being of my patients.
With the aim of opening my patients to the fullness of their emotional lives and experiences through new modes of self-expression, my work with each patient holds the potential to nurture a more creative, artistic life. I offer an intuitive and insightful approach, using mindfulness and stress-reduction techniques.
Using an eclectic blend of Eastern thought and Western training, I help patients to gain a sense of greater purpose in their lives. I am dedicated to providing high-quality and attentive care to all of my patients.
